Food, Beverage, Design, and Pop-Up Shops

The ground floor of Stadium Plaza will be home to three rotating food and drink popups, where young adults can showcase their culinary talents.  One station will be dedicated to hot foods, the second to coffee and the third to other juices and beverages.  We will further develop a mentorship program, connecting the students to local restaurants and businesses. They will shadow their mentors on-site for two weeks, learning the ins and outs of the industry and the importance of developing a strong foundation for success

 

 

 

Entrepreneurial Incubator

Goal: To encourage the youth of Cardiff to exercise their entrepreneurial sprit by turning their ideas into a reality.  While working with the Prince’s Trust and capitalizing on their enterprise program, we will further facilitate the social mobility of their students through personalized business opportunities.

 

Pop-Up Consumer Culture

The pop-up yard Gallery is made for businesses to showcase their products, services, ideas, and recipes.

By creating a unique community hub at Stadium Plaza, we are able to extend our network to inspire, engage and motivate the young adults of society into becoming whatever they want to be in life

A collective of students, community, and cultivators

Students will shadow a mentors on-site for two weeks, learning the ins and outs of the industry and the importance of developing a strong foundation for success. The mentors will act as a support system for the students, keeping in touch with them should they need further guidance and advice throughout the process.  We want these young adults to feel confidence in their training and empowered to create a successful business model that provides them with future financial freedom.
